Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Configuration Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Iuka, MS.

Responsibilities:

+ Participates in the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for systems and/or equipment in accordance with contractual requirements

+ Reviews released engineering change data and coordinates changes to engineering documents with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and data control team members

+ Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.

This role may be filled at an Configuration Analyst or Principal Configuration Analyst level depending on the qualifications below.

**Qualifications - External**

**Basic Qualifications:**

Configuration Analyst

+ Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of configuration, quality or aerospace work experience or a Masters degree. Note: an additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

+ Proven knowledge and skill in utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

+ Knowledge configuration management and control principles

+ Active DOD Secret clearance within 5 years of investigation

+ Ability to obtain and maintain special program access

Principal Analyst

+ Bachelors Degree and 6+ years of configuration, quality or aerospace work experience or a Masters degree and 4+ years of configuration, quality or aerospace work experience. Note: an additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

+ Proven knowledge and skill in utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

+ Knowledge configuration management and control principles

+ Active DOD Secret clearance within 5 years of investigation

+ Ability to obtain and maintain special program access

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Professional CMII training

+ Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software (Epic preferred)

+ Exposure to MRP (e.g. Deltek) systems.

+ Exposure to ERP (e.g. Solumina) systems.

Salary Range: $55,224.00 - $82,836.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
