+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience working in a customer/partner-facing role encompassing operations, deployment, and activation of the market ecosystem.
+ 5 years of experience in Project Management Office and/or vendor operations strategy role.
+ Experience in spreadsheet-based data analysis and sales forecasting.
+ MBA degree.
+ 5 years of Project Management or strategy experience in a customer/partner context.
+ Six sigma or lean certification.
+ PMI, Agile/Scrum or similar project management certification.
+ Experience delivering customer satisfaction and/or business at scale, through vendor operations.

The Google Cloud Partnerships team is focused on accelerating the adoption of Google Cloud by attracting and growing partners who can acquire new customers and make them successful - while we focus on fueling our partners with a thriving business. We must scale this business exponentially through channel partners.
As a Partner Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and deploying the programs and infrastructure that will drive partner business at scale. You will adeptly manage change (including programmatic outbound campaign launches), take the lead on setting up the infrastructure, and bring outstanding project management expertise to our evolving operations of innovative cohort-based, outbound campaigns to generate partner pipeline and business. On behalf of Google Cloud Partner Advantage, you will also serve as a subject matter expert and ambassador to partners and the broader Cloud Sales organization.

+ Solution and implement frameworks and strategies to optimize vendor delivery of partner activation and business.
+ Implement end-to-end project management expertise, fueling the organizational transformation across Google and vendor operations and strategy teams.
+ Deploy global, customized partner activation programs, to accelerate partner technical, sales, market and Google partnership readiness.
+ Represent the voice of Google Cloud partners while leading projects requiring cross-functional collaboration with central teams, such as Program Design, Operations, Localization, Tools/Systems, Engineering, Learning and Development, and Product teams in order to improve partner experience.
