Federal - Help Desk Technician

You are: The Help Desk Technician. Providing technical software end-user support by performing question/problem diagnosis. Guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment. Clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Providing one-on-one end-user training as needed. Quickly triage and pass complex problems on to higher-level support for resolution.

Here's what you need:

+ In-depth experience troubleshooting and supporting Information Technology Enterprise Applications

+ Ability to apply application knowledge to provide user support

+ Experience interfacing with clients and customers and handling sensitive issues

+ Experience in problem resolution of enterprise systems

+ User proficiency with PC hardware, standard software, and specialized applications

+ Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot client issues

+ Experience using Microsoft Office suite desktop applications

+ US citizenship required, dual citizens not eligible

+ An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.

Bonus points if you have:

+ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other business systems experience

+ Ability to provide ongoing technical support for specialized applications: log trouble calls, analyze and correct problem at source

+ Ability to advise users of changes in procedures

+ Experience trouble-shooting and supporting PeopleSoft™ applications

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $67,800 to $98,199 and information on benefits offered is here:
