Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & IT Project Specialist.

Required Education: Associate's degree or a combination of education and 3 years related experience in supporting Project Managers or functioned as an Administrative Assistant.

Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science degree or a combination of education and 5 years related experience

Preferred License: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Required Experience: Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Proficient in Project Management tool sets and utilization. Effective communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work both independently and in a team based environment. Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Three years of experience in area. Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and Intranet software, e-mail.
