-Keep cellar lead updated of cellar operations by using daily worksheet form and dry erase board
-Start up and shut down.
-Sanitation, sterilization and decolorize.
-Maintenance and cleaning of the cellar.
-Attend production meetings and safety meetings.
-Troubleshoot during production.
-Perform any reasonable request by any supervisor.
-Request changes to cellar S.O.P. using the required form for supervisor review.
-Pay attention to detail.
Perform change over of filler, corker and rinser. Make adjustments to filler, corker and rinser as needed. Monitor wine filter systems and pumps. Unload wine trucks and make tank adjustments as per QA Specifications.
