Job Summary: Supports department by functioning as a member of an integrated health care team. Responsible for providing quality, evidence based clinical services within this integrated/multidisciplinary model of care with a focus on counseling, behavioral health care management and delivery of education services for weight management patients. Also, performs counseling services and treatment planning with an emphasis on brief psychotherapeutic interventions.
Required Education: Masters Degree, Social Work/Counseling/Clinical Psychology
Preferred Education: None
Required License: Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker, State of North Carolina with the ability to bill Medicaid; or Licensed Professional Counselor; or Licensed Psychological Associate

Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience
Preferred Experience: 5 years of post graduate experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults with a year of specialized weight management focus
