Job Description

To input and maintain group blocks, as well as group billing.


  1. Input of billing instructions when applicable.
  2. Input of booking sheets and group reservations by rooming list.
  3. Any changes, adds, deletes or room blocking for any group reservation.
  4. Audit group files.
  5. Maintain contact with meeting planners, sales, conference services, and any other necessary departments.
  6. Understanding of group contracts.
  7. Preparing and updating pickup report for sales team.
  8. Attend all necessary meetings and pre-cons.
  9. Maintain close working relationships with other departments.
  10. Consistently model the company 5 star standards of service.
  11. Review all tentative group sales contracts; allocate room blocks in Delphi according to yield guidelines and strategies; communicate any business unusual specifications.
  12. Coordinate and assign all definite group sales room blocks to individual reservations agents.
  13. Ensure daily consistency between DELPHI and TLP systems with regards to sales manager entries.
  14. Assist Director of Revenue with weekly 30/60/90 forecast.
  15. Monitor group allocations and contracted room types, assisting with inventory management to ensure maximum occupancy and are accordance with negative set limits in HIS.
  16. Consistently participate as an active role model, trainer, and coach and mentor to provide continuing education for others.


  • Basic knowledge of computer and office skills, type approximately 35 WPM
  • Hospitality of reservations experience.
  • Experience with Opera preferred.
