As aCustoms Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping our drivers cross the U.S.–Canada border safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
+ Ensure compliant border crossings by accurately reviewing and submitting customs documentation.
+ Monitor daily shipments, audit records, and resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally.
+ Track border crossing progress and proactively address potential compliance concerns.
+ Support drivers and internal teams with customs procedures, credentialing, and process training.
+ Provide occasional after-hours support when border-related issues arise.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
+ A high school diploma (required) and 2+ years of administrative experience.
+ Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office systems.
+ A positive, team-oriented approach with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
+ A commitment to confidentiality, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Compensation:
The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $22.50 - $25.00. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work . In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
