Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable manufacturing job with competitive pay, overtime opportunities, benefits, and room for advancement? The Advance Group is hiring a Machine Operator for a steel tube and bar manufacturing facility in Holland, Ohio.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone who is comfortable operating production machinery, working with steel tubing, performing measurements, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Duties for Machine Operator:
• Operate a variety of manufacturing and production machines
• Load and unload steel tubing from production lines
• Bend, move, and handle steel tubing quickly and repeatedly throughout the shift
• Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure proper operation
• Read rulers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Perform basic mathematical calculations related to measurements and production
• Perform quality inspections on finished parts and materials
• Use precision measuring tools to verify product dimensions
• Follow production, safety, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned
• Perform frequent lifting of 50lbs in a loud, non-climate controlled environment

Requirements for Machine Operator:
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience required
• Experience operating production machinery preferred
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and perform physical work for the entire shift
• Comfortable working in a hot, loud, industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic measurements and math
• Experience using calipers and micrometers preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and extensive background check

Shift for Machine Operator:
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3 PM
• Overtime starting at 5am and Saturdays as needed
