The Talent Bank is an initiative of AHLA
The American Hotel & Lodging Association is the trade organization for the United States hotel and lodging industry. It enables eligible participants to upload their resume so it can be accessed and viewed by AHLA members searching for skilled professionals to fill their open jobs.
AHLA Talent Bank operates on the honor system
By uploading your resume, you certify that:
- you have previously worked for a hotel and/or lodging company (i.e., a hotel, motel, lodge, etc.) and
- you are not currently employed and in transition.
