Gurnee Place Memory Care

Gurnee Place Memory Care is licensed for Assisted Living and Memory Care.  Our main focus is on Memory Care.  We are managed by a family owned Management Company - American Healthcare Management Group.  We pride ourselves in providing exceptional memory care that truly makes a difference in our resident's lives.  

Our building is carefully designed with our residents in mind.  Abundant natural light, wide hallways, secure courtyards, and many other features create an environment that's safe, secure and calming for our residents. One of those features is called Vigil, which is a program that consists of motion sensors in each room and private bathroom, a bed pad that fits under the fitted sheet and cameras in common areas.   

Every employee of Gurnee Place is trained in memory care, because caring for those with dementia is the core of our business.  This includes both the team who works with our residents every day, as well as the leadership team.
