Senior Program Analyst
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Program Analyst** to join our team in **Virginia, Beach, VA** . This is a **hybrid** position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Seeking a senior-level defense systems analyst and project lead with extensive operational and defense systems training experience to support complex defense portfolios. This role bridges operational end-users and technical development teams to ensure system readiness, refine operational concepts, and deliver advanced training programs.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Manage project workflows, lead technical teams, review deliverables, and resolve operational challenges
+ Evaluate defense platform and system effectiveness to inform tactical systems training, software/hardware integrations, and exercise execution
+ Lead operational assessments and modeling/simulation across acquisition and sustainment lifecycles in coordination with military centers
+ Develop and deliver technical briefings, operational concepts, and specialized systems training to DoD leadership and field units
+ Define and manage critical technical data, clearance documentation, and baseline publications
+ Collaborate with program offices, test units, and operational commands to review test results and readiness requirements.
+ This role requires up to 15% travel to CONUS locations
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field
+ 15+ years of operational military or defense experience in complex systems, including demonstrated experience in defense systems training
+ Graduate or instructor from a major military tactical school, warfighting development center, or equivalent instructional program
+ Direct experience with tactical systems training, electronic warfare, mission planning software, or advanced defense platforms
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage project workflows effectively
**Clearance Requirements**
+ Must have a current and active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility
**Physical Requirements**
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
