Workday Solution Architect

**CTG is seeking to fill a Workday Solution Architect position for our client.**

**Location:** Remote

**Duration:** 6 months

**Duties:**

+ Serve as the Workday Solution Architect, providing architectural leadership and strategic guidance across Workday implementations and enhancements.

+ Lead agile development activities including design requirements, system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday functionality.

+ Design, develop, and/or re-engineer complex Workday application components to meet evolving business needs.

+ Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Workday technical solutions.

+ Implement configuration changes to existing Workday functionality using established control and governance methodologies.

+ Integrate Workday with other enterprise systems, software packages, and reusable components across multiple platforms.

+ Support the existing business team’s change agenda by advising on system capabilities, best practices, and optimization opportunities.

+ Ensure solutions align with Workday standards, security requirements, and organizational architecture guidelines.

**Skills:**

+ Workday certification (required).

+ Proven expertise as a Workday Solution Architect.

+ Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, integrations, and system capabilities.

+ Experience leading agile-based development and delivery efforts.

+ Ability to design end-to-end Workday solutions that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Experience:**

+ Extensive experience designing and implementing Workday solutions in complex enterprise environments.

+ Demonstrated experience supporting business-driven change initiatives within Workday.

+ Prior experience leading or architecting Workday implementations, enhancements, or re-engineering efforts.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $165,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
