Test Data Management Solution Architect

CTG is seeking to fill a **Test Data Management Solution Architect** opening for our premier client.

**Location** : Chicago, IL

**Duration** : 8 months

**Responsibilities:**

+ Work with customers, stakeholders, and external product teams to establish:

+ Define technical and architectural vision for the solution

+ Reviewing data needs and driving data solutioning decisions. Ability to build data masking configurations in the data masking tools.

+ Provide mentoring to Test Data Analysts as needed.

+ Competent understanding of Test Data Management related to data security, data masking, synthetic data creation and test data strategy planning.

+ Create High-level Solution Intent, information models and document requirements

+ Analyze and recommend technical trade-offs

+ Create & prioritize roadmaps

+ Collaborates with subject matter experts and data stewards to identify PII definitions, data strategies, policies, controls, and programs to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.

+ In-depth knowledge of the Discover ESQM landscape, value streams, TDM architecture and custom tools.

+ Exceptional analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle complex business/technical problems.

+ Create / Perform design, development & support tasks

+ Identify the interfaces and collaborations between components and subsystems

+ Determine the system, subsystems, and interfaces

+ Determine the primary components and subsystems

+ Validate technology assumptions and evaluate alternatives

+ Provide support during weekends and non-business hours to address any complex technical issues that may arise during the data refresh process / testing

+ The ability to think laterally and ‘outside the box.’

+ Work closely with the external Product teams

+ Excellent spoken and written communication to explain the methods to a technical and non-technical audience.

+ Teamwork skills, to support colleagues and share techniques. Participate in Agile ceremonies.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $68 to $79 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
