What You Will Do:
+ Improve organization and effectiveness of physical workspaces through Shop Tools and Facilities system (Shop safety, 5S, precision tools, etc.)
+ Supervise daily work assignments including reactive, corrective, planned and condition-based maintenance in coordination with Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. Prioritize and assign resources based on shifting production and schedule demands.
+ Actively participate in the site DMS meetings with reporting ownership for maintenance metrics.
+ Manage weekly tracking and reporting of maintenance KPI’s for team: PM and Corrective Completion, Backlog, WO aging, Mean Time to Complete, Breakdowns, Defects, etc.
+ Provides leadership in troubleshooting and problem-solving breakdowns and reliability losses with cross-functional team. Drives failures to root cause using Breakdown Elimination processes.
+ Participates in equipment maintenance strategy improvement using inputs from maintenance team, breakdown elimination findings, defect trends, and equipment condition monitoring.
What We Look For :
+ High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ 5+ years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years of maintenance leadership.
+ Must have knowledge and skills in the technologies of general construction, electrical systems, electronic systems, microprocessors, mechanical systems (e.g., production/process, refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics), and computerized maintenance management systems.
+ Working knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment preferred.
+ Knowledge of SAP, occupational hazards, safety, EPA regulations, USDA and sanitation standards preferred.
+ Must have previous supervisor experience.
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
