**Job Description**
The selected candidate will support multiple Identification Friend or Foe Department of Navy (DON) projects on the Integration and Production program.
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains MS Project schedules in support of development, integration, test, and fleet installation milestones.
Develops and maintains Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and monitors and controls financial performance in relation to baselined WBSs and projected costs.
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives.
Analyzes project requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition, and product programs.
Tracks project status and schedules.
Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
Supports meetings, including distribution of agendas, compilation of meeting minutes and tracking action items.
Manages completion of tasks required to meet contractual commitments.
Develops and maintains professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers.
Organizes and manages files and data in web-based SharePoint environment solutions.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Bachelor s degree in a business discipline (accounting, management, economics, marketing, or other business field) or Associate degree in a business discipline plus four years of additional work experience
At least three years of related experience
At least two of those years must be within the Department of the Navy (DON)
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation to uncover trends and insights
Ability to create charts, graphs ,and other visual representations to communicate findings effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders
Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
Master s degree in a business discipline (accounting, management, economics, marketing, or other business field)
Experience in managerial/cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution tracking, workforce management, workload, acquisition, and financial analyses
Ten years of experience with at least four of those years within the DON
Two years of experience involving DoD Federal Management Regulations(FMR); FAR; and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution(PPBE) process
Proficiency in the M365 suite of tools including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneNote, OneDrive, Lists, and Planner
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723
