CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead large-scale nuclear projects involving complex, multidiscipline execution within high-risk industrial environments. This role is responsible for managing projects exceeding $10M in value, overseeing project schedules, technical execution, budgeting, risk management, vendor coordination, and field implementation activities.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive nuclear project management experience, strong technical oversight capabilities, advanced scheduling expertise using Primavera P6, and the ability to lead large project teams through all phases of project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead complex nuclear projects and programs from planning through execution and closeout
+ Manage multidiscipline teams supporting engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and operations
+ Oversee project schedules, budgets, resource planning, risk mitigation, and execution strategies
+ Conduct technical reviews of project documentation, schedules, work orders, testing plans, and implementation methods
+ Ensure work packages and field execution activities meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements
+ Review and improve testing, commissioning, and acceptance plans
+ Support outage execution and field oversight activities
+ Coordinate vendor resources and remove project execution roadblocks
+ Participate in high-level project strategy, readiness, and risk management meetings
+ Provide mentorship and leadership to project personnel and junior project managers
+ Serve as technical oversight support and designated lead during critical project execution activities when required
**Required Skills**
+ Advanced project management experience within nuclear or heavy industrial environments
+ Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes
+ Mandatory proficiency with Primavera P6
+ Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls
+ Experience with risk management and schedule development
+ Familiarity with nuclear work management processes and ASME standards
+ Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
+ Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
**Required Experience**
+ Minimum 8 years of project management and/or project scheduling experience
+ Minimum 4 years supporting large-scale or mega-projects
+ Experience within nuclear, energy, industrial, or construction environments strongly preferred
+ Experience supporting outage execution and field implementation activities preferred
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100.00 to $104.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
