Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects III

CTG is seeking to fill a Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects III position for our client.

**Location:** Richland, WA

**Duration:** 12 months

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Develop, maintain, and integrate detailed project schedules for nuclear engineering and outage work (online, forced, refueling, and life-cycle planning)

+ Perform schedule updates, logic sequencing, and critical path analysis using Primavera P6 and related tools

+ Coordinate schedule development and maintenance across project managers, engineers, and field execution teams

+ Maintain synchronization between scheduling platforms (e.g., Passport and Primavera)

+ Track progress, identify variances, and resolve schedule conflicts and delays

+ Support resource loading, risk-informed scheduling, and long-range planning activities

+ Provide schedule reporting and status updates to project teams and senior leadership

+ Ensure schedules support safe, compliant, on-time, and cost-effective project execution

**Required Skills:**

+ Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling expertise

+ Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques, critical path, and float analysis

+ Experience with integrated scheduling tools (Passport or similar)

+ Ability to interpret engineering, maintenance, and construction work packages

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

+ Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary technical environments

**Experience:**

+ Experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules in engineering, construction, industrial, or utility environments

+ Experience supporting large capital projects, outages, or maintenance planning preferred

+ Proven ability to manage schedule updates, forecasting, and performance tracking

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field **OR**

+ Associate’s degree in a related technical field + 2 years of experience **OR**

+ High School Diploma/GED + 4 years of relevant technical experience

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110.00 to $114.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
