The Advance Group has partnered with a global solar panel manufacturing company in Walbridge, Ohio who just opened it's 4th location in the area and has a need for Material Handlers. Material Handler position is responsible for safely and efficiently preparing warehouse shipments.

Duties for the Material Handler:

Picking orders
Material Handling
Packaging, inspecting, and banding modules by hand
Scanning and labeling pallets
Warehouse and Shipping duties

Requirements for the Material Handlers:

Must have previous warehouse experience
Excellent attendance
Attention to detail
Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Willing to work in various departments
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis
Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects as required
High School Diploma/GED
Must have access to a smartphone to use the company’s mobile timekeeping system

Shift for the Material Handlers:

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Some weekends as needed

Pay for the Material Handler:

$15.75/hr
