**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

+ Support daily operations by observing site activity, assisting with directions and information, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrols, and/or security-related concerns.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
