Mechanical Tech III 4th shift

**Job Description**

**Please note this position supports our Weekend Day Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3AM to 3PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 10% pay premium.**

+ Assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling and machinery.

+ Performs electronic and mechanical assembly operations such as wire termination, installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, high value torqueing and extensive attention to detail.

+ Collaborate with team members and engineering team to produce quality products.

+ Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans.

+ Inspect results to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ High School Diploma

+ Secret Clearance

+ 2 years of work experience in related field

+ Needs to be able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings

+ Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs

+ Experience working with large complex builds

+ Ability to become solder certified

+ Effective communication and team work

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Computer literacy

+ Experienced in electronic mechanical assembly

+ Soldering Experience Per J-STD

+ Ability to communicate well with others

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
