**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Tech III to join our THAAD factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of complex mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements. The assembly will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. This role is based out of Nashua, NH (NHQ) and will be on Monday-Thursday 4-10 schedule. **This position is available for a 2nd shift schedule from 3pm to 1:30am. This position will come with an additional 10% shift differential on top of your base rate.**
Key Responsibilities:
+ High level of attention to detail
+ Assemble parts for an electromechanical assembly
+ Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and assembly equipment
+ Follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a cleanroom environment
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality
+ Read and follow manufacturing processes and drawings
+ Utilizes fixturing to accurately build assemblies
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 2 years assembly experience
+ Must be able to lift 20-40 lbs
+ Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
+ Ability to possess and handle energetics
+ Experience working with large, complex builds
+ Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and quality
+ Experience reading and interpreting work instructions and mechanical drawings
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experience with cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and assembly equipment
+ Experience with lean manufacturing tools, including 5S and visual management
+ Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and procedures, including gowning, cleaning, and sanitizing
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
