**Job Description**
**This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week)**
Strategically direct, manage, train and develop Key Account Managers (National) to increase sales and brand awareness of all Robert Bosch Tool Corporation products within their identified geographic markets. Act as a liaison between the field, corporate and national account teams to optimize deployment of all resources.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
**Driving results and operational efficiency:**
+ Strategically deploy and manage company direct sales resources, i.e. hire, train, coach and evaluate personnel to optimize sales, conversions and career development.
+ Evaluate sales processes, activities and structure that drive an increase in channel sales through existing distribution partners while maintaining Brand balance and profitability.
+ With Regional Managers, actively identify and pursue new distribution partners.
+ Develop, maintain and exploit internal and external relationships with key Regional and National Account personnel that result in increased sell-in and sell-through.
+ Ensure all programs are presented and implemented and measured at account level.
+ Accurately prepare Channel sales forecasts and participate in monthly demand planning meetings.
**Communication:**
+ Develop and implement an annual Channel sales plan to achieve overall and category specific growth.
+ Coordinate with marketing teams to develop relevant and timely programs.
+ Interact with all key internal departments (Finance, AR, AP, Credit, Logistics, HR, IT, CS) to ensure channel is fully supported.
+ Communicate market and competitive information to CSO and Marketing.
**Financial:**
+ Establish strong fiscal controls and accountability.
+ Operate within budget, including fixed, controllable, LP and co-op.
+ Effective deployment of sales strategies for goal setting and compensation.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Degree required
+ 5 + years of Sales Management experience
+ Sales and Marketing experience including multiple distribution channels and users.
+ Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
+ Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/BW)
+ Experience utilizing a CRM preferred
+ Travel up to 50%
