**About the role**
We are seeking a **Warehouse Administrator (Logistics Coordinator)** to join our team based in **Minto, NSW** . This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient processing of shipments, and strong coordination across internal teams.

**Key responsibilities**
+ Provide administrative support across warehouse operations
+ Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
+ Coordinate and support warehouse activities and workflows
+ Prepare reports and analyse data using Excel
+ Manage communication and scheduling via Outlook
+ Support SAP transactions and system updates
+ Liaise with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance

**What you need to be successful**
+ Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics role
+ Exposure to SAP systems (preferred)
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
+ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
+ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
