**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain independence and quality of life so they can safely perform daily activities.
Every day you will assess diverse patients (orthopedic, neurological, sensory, cancer recovery, etc.), develop treatment plans, and conduct evaluations/re-evaluations. You will be expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document thoroughly, and provide positive, motivating care to a high volume of patients.

+ Meets or exceeds the productivity standard at the department level.
+ Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely.
+ Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development.
+ Participates on internal/external task force, committee or board appropriate to diagnostic program per manager approval.
+ Completes general and specialty competencies appropriate to clinical area for patient care management (General, ICU, FIM, DBS, Lung Transplant, Behavior management, MBS, FEES, etc).

**Job Requirements**
**Minimum:**
+ Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
+ Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program required.
+ Current American Heart Association-issued BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
+ Arizona State Occupational Therapy License.
+ Computer skills required
**Preferred:**
+ Master’s or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
+ Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical preferred.
+ Prior use of electronic health record preferred.

$55.9528 - $55.9528 /hour
