**Responsibilities**
At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health social and support services in the heart of Chandler Arizona. As part of our team you will provide clinical expertise; support and oversight that helps ensure our patients receive exceptional care. JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to provides excellent patient care including:
+ Evaluating the patient for treatment providing and directing administration of the care plan upon the referral from the physician.
+ Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patients.
+ Instructs patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities.
+ Assists with patient program management while delivering quality patient services.
This position is a Per Diem.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum:**
+ Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
+ Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program required.
+ Computer skills required.
+ Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
+ Arizona State Occupational Therapy License.
**Preferred:**
+ Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical preferred.
+ Master’s or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
+ Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
**Pay Range**
$55.95 - $60.00 /hour
