Duties Include:

+ Coordinate and manage the assigned project(s) to comply with cost, schedule and technical requirements and established company practices in order to meet project commitments

+ Lead/coordinate input for proposals and participate in subsequent contract negotiations.

+ Interface with finance managers, contracts managers, PEM's, CE's, OPM's, cost account managers, design and operations teams to manage programs

+ Review and monitor metrics on the projects and provide support as required to the product area director

+ Manage risks and opportunities

+ Conduct bid reviews and phase reviews

+ Coordinate training requirements

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

+ Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong communication skills in order to interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

+ Be comfortable working in an unstructured environment where the day to day responsibilities are fluid.

+ Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Engineering, Operations, Contracts or Financial lead experience

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
