In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. The Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Special Projects PM will be responsible in leading a large facility transformation while being accountable for total program execution from requirements through delivery. This program manager will need to effectively provide holistic leadership while making strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with senior program leaders and business partners in addition to resolving customer concerns or requests of complex nature. This Program Manager will need to deliver clear and concise executive level presentations enabling the leadership team to quickly assess the health and needs of a project or program.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ US Citizen, Secret Clearance with ability to achieve TS/SCI/SAP/SAR.

+ Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams across business areas

+ Responsible for all aspects of project objectives (performance, quality, schedule, cost)

+ Requires advanced conceptual thinking in complex and/or completely new situations

+ Risk and Opportunity management skills

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Masters Degree

+ PMP or other related certifications

+ Experience leading a large facility project

+ Demonstrated success leading large Subcontractors to the completion of complex projects

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
