The Advance Group has partnered with a production facility in need of General Laborers in Maumee, OH for 1st shift.

Responsibilities for the General Labor Worker

Build boxes and pallets for shipping
Utilize air guns, staple guns, and glue guns to attach boxes, foam, and packaging material to pallets
Bend and kneel to reach into and around boxes while using hand tools
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Compensation for the General Labor Worker:

Starting pay is $17/hr (including attendance incentive)

Hours for the General Labor Worker:

The hours are Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm
Overtime on Fridays as needed

Qualified General Labor Worker Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years of consistent general labor experience
Hand tools experience
Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50lbs and handle large, bulky material
Attention to detail
Excellent attendance record
Ability to work at a fast pace and adjust to a variety of job duties
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Must be able to pass a drug screen and thorough background check
Comfortable with cleaning and sweeping
