**Job Description:**
+ Develops comprehensive project plans, including defining the scope of work, timelines, communication plans, and deliverables.
+ Manages project timelines to ensure milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
+ Creates and implements communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Provides regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
+ Defines and tracks project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project objectives.
+ Establishes measurements and metrics to monitor project performance and progress.
+ Activates project plans by coordinating resources and initiating project activities.
+ Develops sustainment strategies to ensure long-term success and integration of project outcomes.
+ Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to address issues and implement solutions.
+ Utilizes project management tools and techniques to optimize project execution and efficiency.
+ Monitors and adjusts project plans as needed to accommodate changes and ensure successful completion.
+ Ensures alignment of project goals with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Location:** Maitland, FL; Hybrid, Onsite- 3 days/week
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
• Displays high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines. [Required]
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint [Required]
• Possesses strong skills in the area of organization, prioritization, and able to complete large amounts of work effectively and efficiently [Required]
• Demonstrated superior matrix management and partnering skills; Ability to thrive in a dynamic hands-on environment that requires a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple business units [Required]
• Ability to understand, explain, and suggest interrelationships between business and technology strategies; Ability to learn and use strong business acumen to support strategic alignment of initiatives [Required]
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; Ability to quickly build relationships and diplomatically negotiate common approach; Ability to interact with all levels of management; Ability to work collaboratively and individually to achieve stated goals [Required]
• Experience in communication strategy development with excellent oral and written communication skills [Preferred]
• Proficient in project management systems, such as Microsoft Project or other project management program [Preferred]

**Field of Study:**
• in related field of study
**Work Experience:**
• 2+ management experience [Preferred]
• 2+ related experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations [Required]
• 4+ related experience in one or more of the areas of project management, organizational change management, process management, business operations or consulting [Required]
• Experience with large scale implementations [Preferred]
• Experience working in healthcare billing customer service and/or patient access [Preferred]
• Formal project management experience [Required]
• Relationship/Stakeholder management experience [Required]

$96,266.14 - $179,045.63
