Program Manager

**Responsibilities:**

+ Report to the Director of Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).

+ Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company large, complex enterprise programs and projects.

+ Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.

+ Assists in the development of new business and expanding product line.

+ Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.

+ Responsible for overseeing a team of project managers within an assigned programs.

+ Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and within defined quality parameters.

+ Acts as advisor to program sponsors and program teams regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

+ Perform other duties assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ 10+ years leading large complex enterprise projects including 7+ years experience in program management is Required.

+ 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience is Required.

+ Required - Bachelors - Business Administration; Or - Bachelors - Related Field; Preferred - Masters - Business; Preferred - Masters - Information Technology; Preferred - Masters - Healthcare

+ **Required - PMP (Project Management) - Certification**
