**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour**

Fri10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and permissions, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location through attentive access control practices.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or facility issues that may require follow-up.

+ Support lobby and reception area operations as needed by assisting with visitor processing, directing foot traffic, and communicating clearly with staff regarding access requests and/or security-related matters.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
