**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $23.44 / Hour**

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and other assigned areas, noting and reporting security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.

+ Support security-related operations within a technology-focused location by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and following post orders and client-directed procedures.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
