**Job Description:**

Shift: M - F 8 - 4:30

+ Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

+ Remains current on maintenance logs and documentation.

+ Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition.

+ Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with patient care.

+ Follows all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

+ Ability to identify equipment needs, parts and supplies, and maintain adequate inventory

+ Able to communicate in English

+ Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately

+ Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies

+ Ability to assign priority and teams in a timely manner

**Education:**

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

**Field of Study:**

• High School/Equivalent grad OR 5+ years experience required

**Work Experience:**

• 2+ healthcare maintenance [Preferred]

• 3+ hvac [Required]

**Licenses and Certifications:**

• Driver's License (DL) [Preferred]

**Pay Range:**

$22.43 - $41.72
