**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour**

**Day** **Time**

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Maintain authorized armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable regulations, and site expectations while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.

+ Assist with access control, visitor screening, and escort-related duties as needed, helping to support daily operations and a professional environment for patients and staff.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A Certified Protection Officer certification is required.

+ Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ X-Ray screening experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
