SCOPE OF POSITION
The Innovation Manager will manage complex, cross-functional and cross-business innovation projects within the Ballad Health Innovation Center. The position will be responsible for project and process management across various initiatives within the innovation portfolio to achieve organizational initiatives.

The position, in collaboration with leadership of the Ballad Health Innovation Center, will collaborate with executives and key stakeholders from Ballad Health, as well as intrapreneurs, entrepreneurs, and Ballad Ventures, to identify opportunities for innovation throughout organization.

The position will be expected to provide thought leadership to the organization regarding the evolving transformative opportunities within healthcare including: telehealth, mobile health, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, population management, clinical decision support, care pathway automation, and more.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s level degree is required. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in an entrepreneurial setting at a healthcare company is strongly preferred. Agile certification required within 1 year of hire date.
