Program Manager

**Job Description**

+ BAE Systems has a program to provide a wide range of support services on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. The Program Manager serves as BAE Systems primary point of contact for the Government (KO/COR).

+ Provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for all program management, financial, information management, and administrative support services.

+ Responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of 15 employees, managing risk, and ensuring all contractual deliverables (CDRLs) are met. Leads the reprioritization of work efforts to align with changing PMRF requirements.

+ Be involved in all aspects of the program and team members work and provide ongoing quality assurance.

+ Maintain records of activities and work performed, and report them to the government in a Monthly Status Report.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ **Required Education, Experience, and Skills:** Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university; minimum 10 years of experience in a DoD leadership role (military, civilian, or contractor). Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic/unpredictable environments and effectively problem-solve.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ **Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:** Leadership experience specifically at a DoD Range or Major Range and Test Facility (MRTFB). Advanced degree in Management or Business Administration.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
