Senior Property Manager

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Property Manager** to join our team in **Oahu, Hawaii.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Leads the execution of property management activities and validates the accuracy of inventory data for senior management review.

+ Coordinate the investigation of property discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses for asset loss.

+ Monitor property performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of asset lifecycle improvements.

+ Conducts specialized Property Reviews for sustainment assets intended for theater Mission Partners.

+ Validate the technical accuracy of property reports and lead field-level assessments of inventory accountability and distribution procedures.

+ Provide technical guidance to ensure that all property management activities meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards in the Pacific AOR.

+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education)

+ 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

+ Experience in formal property oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for property discrepancies.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ NPMA Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).

+ Experience with DoW technical manuals and property control for expeditionary equipment.

+ Certified Property Manager (CPPM).

**Clearance Required:**

+ Must hold an active Secret clearance

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
