Senior Technology Integration Specialist

**MANTECH** seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Technology Integration Specialist** to join our team in **Oahu Hawaii** **.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Validates the integration of diverse hardware and software components to ensure system reliability and performance.

+ Approve technical specifications for system interfaces and data exchange protocols.

+ Authorize the evaluation of new technologies for potential insertion into existing Mission-Support Frameworks.

+ Oversees the integration of logistics data repositories and maintenance tracking systems to provide real-time asset visibility.

+ Coordinate the technical rollout of collaborative tools that facilitate information sharing between headquarters and forward-deployed units.

+ Manage the technical bridge between sustainment databases and operational planning software.

+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

+ Experience in lead systems integration roles.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.

+ Proficiency in developing cross-platform data synchronization workflows for joint theater operations

**Clearance Required:**

+ Must hold an active Secret Clearance

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
