Project Analyst

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Project Analyst** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Drafts and prepares technical project documentation and executes routine reviews of program artifacts.

+ Maintain analytical data logs for project metrics and support the preparation of performance report summaries.

+ Follow established SOPs to ensure that all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.

+ Supports the technical validation of mission execution deliverables across the Indo-Pacific theater.

+ Draft project health reports and assist in the tracking of resource utilization trends within the Mission Execution and Controls Team.

+ Prepare data summaries for mission-partner reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency plans.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of position relevant experience.

+ Proficiency in data collection and technical reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Foundational knowledge of project management principles.

+ DAWIA Level I in Program Management (or equivalent).

+ Experience in military logistics or operations documentation.

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ Must hold an active Secret clearance

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
