Facility Master Planner

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Facility Master Planner** to join our team in **Oahu, HI** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Coordinates and monitors the development of site plans and infrastructure documentation for building systems.

+ Prepare planning artifacts, maintain accurate spatial records, and verify that all proposed upgrades meet established SOPs and safety requirements.

+ Assist in tracking facility capacity metrics and ensure that master plan updates are processed according to organizational timelines.

+ Drafts and maintains RMI-related master planning documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.

+ Prepare site survey artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing planning actions at regional mission-support sites.

+ Assist in identifying infrastructure gaps and recommend priority site improvements to sustain theater readiness.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

+ Demonstrated ability to draft technical planning documentation and follow established SOPs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 7+ years of position-relevant experience.

+ LEED Green Associate or related certification.

+ Experience using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and automated asset management tools.

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ Must hold an active Secret clearance

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
