Fabrication Technician - First Shift

Now, we’re looking for a **Fabrication Technician** to join our Front Royal, Virginia team and grow with us!

**Position Details:**

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

• Starting Pay: $23.50/hour, depending on experience

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Set up and maintain fabrication machines in the shop for pipe fabrication

+ Accurately measure, record, and cut random pipe lengths

+ Use band saws, torches, and Landis machines to thread, bevel, roll, and groove pipe

+ Move single sticks or bundled pipe safely within the yard

+ Assemble pipe orders and keep supplies well-organized

+ Follow vital safety precautions during fabrication, cutting, stacking, and shipping

+ Operate powered industrial equipment in line with OSHA regulations and Ferguson safety standards

**What We’re Looking For:**

+ 0–2 years of fabrication experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate!)

+ Strong math skills and ability to calculate product quantities

+ Experience operating machinery for cutting and threading pipe (preferred)

+ Focus and results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment

+ Team-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in an inclusive workplace
