Work hours: This is a PRN position with scheduling based on department needs and your open availability. Shifts are typically Monday-Friday, with occasional on‑call duties. Candidates must live within one hour of the facility. You will be guaranteed one shift per week, scheduled on either Monday or Friday. This assigned day may rotate depending on your availability. Participation in the department's on‑call and holiday rotation is required. Here's What You Need
+ Other Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology or nuclear medicine is required Or
+ Associate's Degree is preferred
+ Hospital experience is preferred
+ ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Nuclear Medicine Upon Hire is required Or
+ CNMT - Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist NMTCB Upon Hire is required And
+ CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist either by the TDH or TMB Upon Hire is required And
+ BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required
+ Communication, computer, venipuncture
What You Will Do
+ Explains procedures to patient or guardian / family member if applicable prior to exam
+ Processes and manipulates images, analyzes image quality, troubleshoots, makes technique adjustments or repeat procedures as needed 8. Utilizes proper downtime procedures for PACS and HIS / RIS
+ Uses multidisciplinary, team oriented actions
+ Checks physician orders and exam requisitions using time-out procedures
+ Operates, cares for and maintains equipment
+ Exchanges and maintenance of film badges within designated time frames
+ Utilizes ADKAR and CLAK during times of change
