CNO Developer

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer** to join our team in **Fort Meade, MD.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Supports the designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintenance of hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.

+ Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks to troubleshoot or provide solutions.

+ Communicate status with more senior staff and customers.

+ Ensure software standards are met.

+ Takes direction from more senior personnel.

+ Collaborate with other CNO Developers.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 6+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 2+ years, OR a PhD with 0 years of progressively responsible experience.

+ Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming

+ Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile, Network devices).

+ Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Degree in IT-related discipline

+ 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ None.

+ Must be a U.S. citizen.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.

+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

+ Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
