Expert CNO Developer

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Expert CNO Developer** to join our team in **Fort Meade, MD.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Manages designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintaining hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.

+ Ensure compliance of software standards with security concepts and networks.

+ Communicate status with leadership and customers.

+ Ensure software standards are applied consistently.

+ Supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation collaborative (IIC) staff.

+ Collaborate with other CNO Developers.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 16+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 14+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 10+ years, OR a PhD with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience.

+ Proficiency in Python, C/C++ or Assembly (x86/x64) programming

+ CNO capability development experience

+ Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile).

+ Troubleshooting / debugging experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Degree in IT-related discipline

+ 9+ years of position-specific relevant experience

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ None

+ Must be a U.S. citizen.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.

+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

+ Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
