Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand New Fairfield Inn & Suites 85 rooms opening in July 2026 located in Bethlehem GA for a Hotel General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction while meeting business objectives. Responsibilities include managing department heads, maintaining financial health through effective budgeting, implementing business strategies, and ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding customer service. Additionally, the General Manager , drive team performance, and ensure compliance with all Marriott regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Proven 3 or more years experience in General Management and Business Management roles

Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

Proficiency in Budgeting and financial performance analysis

Excellent communication skills spoken and written

Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Familiarity with hotel software systems is a plus.
