Contract Operations Support

**Job Description**

Our Combat Mission Systems (CMS) team is seeking someone interested in launching their career in Contracts via our Contract Operations Support opportunity. This hybrid role, based in York, PA; Sterling Heights, MI; Minneapolis, MN; or Louisville, KY will ensure the seamless execution of contract management responsibilities across the business portfolio by managing critical data systems and reporting.

Key responsibilities are outlined below, but other duties may be assigned:

+ System Administration: Maintain the Oracle Project Contracts System, Contracts Correspondence Application, and Proposal Tracking System (PTS); ensure data integrity and serve as the primary point of contact for user troubleshooting and system guidance.

+ Process Improvement: Develop and update training materials and departmental documentation to streamline processes and system usage.

+ Project Support: Execute special projects requiring knowledge of corporate compliance and departmental procedures.

+ Data Management and Analytics: Obtain data, perform data analysis and generate reports to inform strategic contract management decisions.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications (i.e. SharePoint, Lists, PowerApps, OneNote, Teams, Planner, etc.)

+ Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting

+ Core competencies: exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor s degree in Business or Information Technology Systems

+ Hands-on experience with Oracle contract management software and OBIEE

+ Previous experience operating within a Department of War contracting environment

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $51273 - $87164

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
