**Machine** **Operator**

Join our team as a Machine Operatorat our Wyoming Michigan plant. This role is part of our Operations team and will support processing and packaging. Your talent for all things technical will ensure our equipment is set up properly, works well, and produces quality products. The safety of employees and our products is crucial – you will be critical to help us maintain our strong safety culture. In this role, you must be able to work 2 nd and 3 rd shift, with required overtime and availability to work weekends as needed. The pay for this role is $22.93 an hour.

**A Taste of What** **You'll Be** **Doing**

+ **Prioritizing Safety & Quality First** – Follow company safety rules and good manufacturing practices.

+ **Operating Equipment Efficiently** – Work with computer-controlled equipment or mechanically-based machines and take ownership of your equipment and processes.

+ **Managing Machine Performance** – Ensure your equipment is running smoothly by performing quality checks, autonomous maintenance, and preparing materials needed to run our products.

+ **Working as a Team** – Establish strong partnerships with the quality & food safety, maintenance, logistics, continuous improvement teams.

**We're Looking** **for Someone** **With**

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position

+ Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

+ Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds

+ Must be able to work overtime and weekends
