**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking a Junior Facility Engineer to support mission-critical High-Performance Computing (HPC) operations at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Working under the guidance of the SME Facility Engineer, this position will focus primarily on facility monitoring, maintenance, inspections, and repair coordination. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position. Responsibilities include:
+ Monitor electrical, mechanical, cooling, backup power, and facility monitoring systems.
+ Conduct routine inspections, document findings, and report abnormal conditions.
+ Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with Civil Engineering, contractors, and vendors.
+ Develop and maintain an understanding of critical facility system dependencies, redundancy, capacity, and equipment operating configurations.
+ Initiate and track facility work requests through completion.
+ Support equipment troubleshooting, outage response, and corrective actions.
+ Maintain equipment records, drawings, procedures, and maintenance documentation.
+ Provide support for equipment installations and infrastructure upgrades.
+ Participate in an on-call rotation and respond after hours or on weekends to facility emergencies, outages, and critical equipment issues.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High school diploma and at least four years of relevant work experience; equivalent experience may substitute for education.
+ Experience in facility operations, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, construction, utilities, or a similar technical environment.
+ Basic troubleshooting, communication, computer, and documentation skills.
+ Ability to work full-time on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB.
+ Willing and able to provide after-hours and weekend on-call support as required.
+ Must have at least an Interim Secret Clearance to Start
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Technical Bachelor s Degree, certification, apprenticeship, or military training in a related field.
+ Experience with generators, UPS systems, HVAC, chillers, pumps, electrical distribution, or building automation systems.
+ Experience in a data center, mission-critical facility, industrial, or DoW environment.
+ Current active security clearance.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $59023 - $100339

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
