Assistant Nurse Manager ER Mid-shift

**Positions details:**
+ **Location:** Winter Haven Hospital – 200 Ave F NE, Winter Haven, FL 33881
+ **Status:** Full Time
+ **Shift:** 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
+ Every 3rd
+ **On Call:** No
+ Always in person

**Requirements:**
+ RN (Registered Nurse) License
+ Bachelor's degree or Higher in Nursing
+ 2-year experience in the emergency department preferred -1 year Leadership
+ BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
+ ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
+ PALS certification with the American Heart Association
The **Assistant Nurse Manager –** responsibilities and skills:
+ Proficient in the are of patient population utilizing effective management skills
+ Supports the Nurse Manager in a capacity while managing team members and patient care issues
+ Ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process
+ Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information
